The Faculty of Engineering & Science is one of four faculties at the University of Greenwich, split across two campuses – the Medway Campus in Chatham Maritime, Kent, and the Greenwich Campus in Greenwich, London. Dedicated to inspirational learning, combining teaching with work placements and impactful research and is a complete hub for all STEM subjects within the University. 

The successful candidate will provide a high standard of administrative support to key programme administration related activities, ensuring an efficient and effective service to students, academics, staff and external visitors to the Faculty. 

This student facing role combines the need for excellent administrative skills, an organised approach, attention to detail, and the ability to develop good relationships with university students and staff.  Customer care is key to the role requiring a caring and empathetic attitude to student queries and concerns, as well as being able to work with a diverse group of students and academic staff. 

The post-holder must be able to work as part of a team to ensure that the wider administrative tasks within the Faculty are achieved and look to ensure the best experience possible for the students who study with us.
