We are looking for someone with proven administrative experience, preferably in a large and complex organisation - ideally within higher education. You must have excellent organisational skills and be able to plan and prioritise a busy schedule of work in order to achieve objectives. You should have strong IT skills and enjoy multi-tasking, having several complex projects on the go at any one time. Your track record should include skills in managing budgets, using records systems and databases, together with a commitment to continuous improvement and solving challenges through innovation.
