We are looking for a focused and driven data and systems officer to join our new directorate of Employability & Apprenticeships. This role will support and develop the Service’s systems and platforms for the successful delivery of our employability offering. The post holder will also be responsible for the delivery of Service data, coordinating engagement and modelling impact.

We are looking for someone with proven track record analysing large data sets, who enjoys extracting recommendations from the data, and sharing this with the wider team. You can quickly build strong and positive working relationships with administrative and academic colleagues.  You have excellent organisational skills and can plan and prioritise a busy schedule of work to achieve objectives. You will have strong IT skills and enjoy multi-tasking, having several projects on the go at any one time.

The postholder will act as system administrator for the Career Services Management System (CSMS) Target Connect, CareerHub, Abintegro, Shortlist.Me, and related third-party systems, and perform administrative tasks and troubleshooting on issues with the platforms. The postholder will also coordinate the efficient planning and delivery of new system updates and modifications, including conducting research to identify opportunities to leverage new functionality within the systems. Another main part of the role will be to liaise with central Planning and Statistics teams to analyse Graduate Outcomes data, supporting summary reports and detailed analysis of results.
