We are now seeking to recruit two outstanding individuals to join our UK Student Recruitment team as Graduate Recruitment Assistants. This role is one of a team of five student recruitment specialists providing front of house support to prospective students interested in applying to the University. The ideal candidate will have experience of supporting student recruitment activities with a commitment to prospect management to funnel students into the application pipeline through to successful registration. 

You will be an outstanding communicator with the skills to persuade, influence, support and engage prospective students in their transition into Higher Education 

The Graduate Recruitment Assistant will be responsible for supporting innovative lead generation and conversion across all recruitment enquiry channels with the main objective of increasing enrolments. As well as assisting in the delivery of commitments and targets set out in the University Access and Participation Plan to improve the student journey life cycle across all levels of study.
