We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and proactive individual to join our Professional Services team in Medway Campus, in Kent, as a Faculty Education Officer. Please note, due to the nature of this role, the successful candidate will be required to be 100% campus based. 

The post holder will provide a high standard of administrative support for the day-to-day operations of academic programmes, ensuring an efficient and effective service to students from enrolment through to completion. This includes supporting programme leaders and academic staff in delivering a high-quality student experience.

Candidates should have significant administrative experience in Higher Education or a comparable environment. Strong organisational, communication, and IT skills are essential, along with a high level of accuracy and adaptability.
