We are seeking a skilled and innovative Student Success Evaluation Data Manager to join our new Student Success Evaluation Centre. This role is key to establishing effective data practices that inform our understanding of student success. You will be integral in creating and managing data processes, including data visualisation and reporting, to support evidence-based decisions for our Access and Participation Plan and related student success initiatives. In this role, you will collaborate with teams across the university to develop guidance and build capacity in using data ethically and effectively while providing essential support to senior leaders in achieving their strategic objectives.

If you have a strong background in managing complex datasets, are experienced with tools such as Tableau or Power BI, and are motivated to make a meaningful impact in higher education, we would love to hear from you. This is an exciting opportunity to shape innovative data practices that will contribute to lasting improvements in student outcomes.
