The Directorate of Student & Academic Services is seeking a highly motivated Academic Registry Casework Administrator to join the Academic Registry. This post is an exciting opportunity to be part of the team that manages student casework including academic appeals, complaints, and student conduct.

Reporting to the Academic Registry Officer (Academic Appeals), the post supports the day-to-day operations of the section providing support with casework, assisting with the maintenance and dissemination of student policies and procedures, and serving as note taker at relevant committees and panels. You will be committed to providing excellent customer service and have extensive communication skills, both orally and in writing, and the ability to deal with difficult situations with tact and diplomacy.  You will also provide administrative support to the Academic Registry Manager with related training programmes and liaise effectively with faculty colleagues.   

We are seeking an individual with professional administrative experience, a high level of IT literacy with a focus on improvement and development of existing processes. The post-holder will be expected to work flexibly within the team.
