This is a new role within the Apprenticeship hub that sits in the Directorate of Employability and Apprenticeships, and there is scope to develop new, and scale existing, standard operating procedures. You will work with the programme leads and University Quality Assurance team to ensure that there are robust checks on apprenticeship learning, verifying, and confirming apprenticeship end-point assessment decisions, analysing learner outcomes to inform improvement activity, and undertaking quality assurance activity across all stages of the learner journey.

There will be close collaboration with apprenticeship skills coaches, providing guidance and advice and ensuring high-quality progress reviews, and standardisation in good practice across the programmes.

You need to be able to form good working relationships with a range of both internal and external stakeholders and be committed to maintaining up-to-date knowledge of any changes from the various regulatory bodies we work with.

Please note, there is a minimum requirement of 2 days a week working onsite, one of which will be a fixed day at the Greenwich Campus.
