The Business Intelligence team at the University of Greenwich is growing. As a strategic data analyst your role will be integral to our commitment to data-driven decision making, as you deliver insight based on the analysis of diverse datasets. With a keen eye for the wider strategic picture, you will transform raw data into actionable insight, helping us overcome challenges and identify opportunities that will drive the institution’s success.

Collaborating with stakeholders across various departments, you will explore trends, patterns and correlations that are key to understanding the factors that impact on out students’ success and that can lead to improvements in our operational efficiency and the allocation of resources. Your knowledge of analytical techniques and visualisation skills will be used to communicate the findings from your work to colleagues in faculties and the senior management team. A sound knowledge of Alteryx and Tableau would be useful, although training in these tools can be provided for the right candidate.

We are looking to recruit to two posts, both of which will be based at the historic Greenwich campus (with the option of hybrid working) and they are offered on a full-time basis.
