Salary:  £50,132 to £58,089 plus £4715 London weighting

This is the senior M&E engineering role within the University and has responsibilities for the management and delivery of all M&E related output. This will include advice to University management on all matters relating to M&E services, sustainability in relation to buildings and services and legislative compliance for these areas. 

Working within the Central Services Team you will have responsibility for the management and delivery of all M&E related output. This will include advice to senior management on matters relating to M&E services, sustainability in relation to buildings and services, and legislative compliance for these areas. 

The estate includes the Old Royal Naval College at Greenwich – a UNESCO World Heritage site. In addition to the day to day maintenance and running of an estate of around 100,000 m2 there are always plans for new development. The Estates Strategy sets out a long term plan for the development of the University and will have an important impact on all staff and students. 

This post offers the opportunity to help shape the University for the future, leading the M&E discipline and contributing to strategy for the Estate. Applicants will be required to demonstrate the experience and enthusiasm necessary for such a challenging role.
