            <p id="isPasted">The Outreach and Educational Partnerships Team based within the Marketing and External Relations Directorate, is seeking to appoint an Outreach Officer. This role sits within a busy and dynamic team of widening participation specialists who develop and deliver university progression support to diverse audiences of prospective students across target schools, colleges and community groups. This is an excellent opportunity for those who are looking for a rewarding career in outreach and widening access. We offer a friendly and supportive working environment with plenty of opportunities to develop within the role and become involved in the wider university community. </p><p>The ideal candidate will have knowledge of the UK education system. We are looking for someone who has experience of working in a Higher Education setting, delivering presentations to a variety of audiences and is committed to supporting young people to make informed decisions about their future study/career options. &nbsp;</p><p>The post holder should possess good knowledge of UCAS, have strong written and verbal communication skills and be highly organised. Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills will be required as the post holder will be regularly liaising with key internal and external stakeholders. The post holder will be required to deliver face-to-face and digital outreach activities and events to schools, colleges and community groups including presentations, academic and transition skills workshops and subject-specific projects, making all necessary arrangements to attend these. &nbsp;</p><p>The successful candidate will be required to support other activities (e.g. Open Days/Clearing Operations) and undertake travel in the UK, working flexibly including occasional evenings and weekends.             <p data-pasted="true">The University of Greenwich is home to a truly global community of staff and students, we have ambitions to develop our already successful Faculties into a world leading centre for innovation in teaching, research, knowledge exchange and student enterprise.   &nbsp;</p><p>The Marketing and External Relations Directorate are seeking to recruit to multiple fixed term positions.</p><p>The Admissions Office is currently working to a hybrid model of a minimum two days a week on campus, with the rest of the week remote working. The roles are primarily based at our Avery Hill campus, but the role holders will be expected to be willing to travel to other campuses as required.  &nbsp;</p><p>The University has an ambitious strategic plan for growth and anticipates continued strong performance in future recruitment cycles. The Communications &amp; Recruitment Directorate is seeking to appoint one Admissions Officer. The post holder will join a growing, diverse central Admissions team, responsible for making decisions and processing many applications for admission to the University of Greenwich and dealing with related email enquiries from applicants.  &nbsp;</p><p>You will be committed to providing good customer service and will have experience of working flexibly in a busy team environment with pressure to meet internal and external deadlines.   &nbsp;</p><p>In addition, you will have the ability to prioritise and work efficiently, accurately and consistently with large volumes of data on bespoke IT systems. Will have a close attention to detail, able to create, organise and maintain electronic records and make timely admissions related decisions consistent with agreed criteria.
