            <p id="isPasted">Greenwich Business School is looking for a proactive and externally focused candidate to join our Postgraduate Placements Team as a <strong>Senior Faculty Employer Engagement &amp; Placement Advisor</strong>. This important role will help build and maintain strong relationships with employers, alumni and industry partners to create meaningful opportunities for our students.</p><p>This is an exciting and varied role for someone who enjoys networking, building partnerships and turning employer relationships into real outcomes. You will play a key role in developing a strong student recruitment network for the Faculty, supporting employers to engage with our students through placements, internships, graduate roles, mentoring, projects and employer-led events.</p><p>Working closely with the Faculty Employer Engagement &amp; Placement Manager, you will help grow our employer base across relevant sectors and support the delivery of high-quality employer engagement activity across postgraduate and wider Faculty provision. The role will also include some student-facing activity, particularly where it supports students to engage effectively with employer opportunities.</p><p><strong>Key responsibilities in this role include</strong></p><ul type="disc"><li>Building and maintaining relationships with employers, alumni, professional bodies and sector partners to generate placement, internship and graduate employment opportunities.</li><li>Working with employers to create meaningful engagement opportunities, including recruitment activity, networking events, employer panels, mentoring, live projects and sector insight sessions.</li><li>Supporting the delivery of impactful employer events that connect students with industry and improve employability outcomes.</li><li>Working with academic colleagues and programme teams to identify priority sectors and employer opportunities linked to student needs.</li><li>Promoting Greenwich Business School students and programmes to employers and external partners.</li><li>Using employer feedback, labour market insight and placement outcomes data to inform future engagement activity.</li><li>Supporting students where required to engage with employer opportunities, placement activity and recruitment events.</li><li>Maintaining accurate employer and partner records to support effective relationship management and reporting.</li><li>Working collaboratively with placement operations and compliance colleagues to ensure opportunities are appropriate and align with university requirements.</li></ul><p><strong>About you</strong></p><p>We are looking for someone with experience of employer engagement, business development, graduate recruitment, careers, placements, account management or external partnership work. You will be confident approaching employers, building professional relationships and identifying opportunities that can benefit students.</p><p>You will be a strong communicator with excellent organisational skills and the confidence to represent the Faculty externally. You will enjoy working with a range of stakeholders and will be able to turn conversations with employers into practical opportunities, events and outcomes.</p><p>You may already have experience in higher education, graduate recruitment, careers or employability, but we are also interested in candidates who have built strong employer or sector relationships in other settings.             <p>As a vital member of the Business Change workstream on the Admissions Digital Transformation Project, the Testing and Training Manager will provide high quality testing of the system and training to staff, agents and partners in scope of the ADT (Admissions Digital Transformation) Programme across MER, faculties, and externally through face to face and online activities.&nbsp;<br id="isPasted"><br>Typically, training includes tutorials, workshops, and bespoke training sessions; as well as the development of resources to support staff to gain digital and information literacy skills.             <p id="isPasted">The University of Greenwich has recently launched a new Greenwich Doctoral College (GDC). This represents a significant commitment on the part of the university to improve the postgraduate research experience and create a more developmental and progressive approach that better supports our postgraduate researchers&rsquo; journey and future. This follows the appointment of Professor Steve Miles in February, 2025 who is leading the GDC to deliver an ambitious outward-looking doctoral college that maximise external relationships and funding opportunities.</p><p>The Senior Doctoral College Programmes Officer is responsible for the operational delivery of Doctoral Services from registration through to thesis submission. &nbsp;This includes a range of quality assurance, compliance and administrative activities for research degree programmes including those associated with PULSE.             <p id="isPasted"><strong>Background</strong></p><p>The School of Health Sciences is part of a highly successful and vibrant faculty, frequently commended for our partnership working across the health and social care sector. Supported by our simulation strategy and resources, the school delivers a range of undergraduate and post graduate courses leading to registration in nursing, midwifery, and allied healthcare professions.&nbsp;The University has invested over &pound;8 million in the development of a state-of-the-art simulation centre, which further enhances our record of teaching, research and knowledge exchange innovation.</p><p><strong>The Post&nbsp;</strong></p><p>We currently have vacancies for Lecturer/Senior Lecturers in Paramedic Science, with posts based at both our Medway and Avery Hill sites. We have both Full Time and Part Time positions available. &nbsp;</p><p>We are seeking to appoint experienced paramedic practitioners/educators who will have a commitment to contributing to the university&rsquo;s excellence in teaching and learning. We welcome applications from experienced paramedics who are keen to develop their role as educators, having developed teaching and assessing skills through a practice assessor or equivalent role. The School would also consider secondments from staff employed in the ambulance service.</p><p>This opportunity is open to HCPC-registered Paramedics with broad practitioner experience and/or teaching experience in a higher education institute. As a lecturer you will play a key role in facilitating teaching and learning, and research and knowledge exchange across our Paramedic Science provision and provide an excellent student experience in a variety of formats, where diversity, inclusivity and equality are celebrated. We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated team player and in return we will support you through continued professional development.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>The Person&nbsp;</strong></p><p>You will have a passion for education, thrive on seeing students succeed, have ambition and an inquiring mind.
