The Business School Events team are seeking an enthusiastic and reliable person to join the team in a fast-paced and dynamic role. The Events team are responsible for planning and delivering faculty events - from Open Days to conferences and workshops. 

As the Events and Communications Assistant, your role will be to assist the Events Management Officer in:

  • completing event specifications
  • helping market events to the relevant internal and external stakeholders
  • being “on the ground” at events, making sure that things run smoothly

You will also be required to supervise the Hamilton House reception and to facilitate room bookings. The role is predominantly administrative and will involve using and improving systems to enable the smooth running of these events and bookings on behalf of the Faculty.

You will work in a small, friendly team based in Hamilton House, 2 minutes from campus, opposite Greenwich Park. You will also spend considerable time working on the Greenwich campus.
