Lecturer in Criminology (fixed term)

We offer an exciting opportunity for a motivated academic to contribute to our existing criminology team through teaching and research. The post will be in the Department of Law and Criminology at the University of Greenwich on a one year fixed term basis from July 2018.

You will work closely with the Criminology team helping to continue to grow a centre of teaching and research excellence at Greenwich. This role has both teaching and research elements, with the successful candidate expected to deliver innovative teaching and produce impactful research publications.

The areas of teaching that require cover are: Understanding Deviance  at Level 4, Professional Practice at Level 4, Contemporary Issues in Criminal Justice Level at  level 7, In addition, the successful candidate must be able to supervise dissertations, and carry out such other duties as specified in the job description and person specification.
